I've always become the number one rep at every company in every industry I've entered. Not because I had the best scripts or fanciest pitch decks...but because I never forgot that we're all human first.

I came up through door-to-door sales after a knee injury ended my basketball career before it started. Best thing that ever happened to me. Taught me to read people fast...find the real problem underneath the stated one...and build trust before the door slams.

Thirty years in sales, logistics, and business development later...that's still how I operate.
