There are mornings when I don’t want to move...when the weight feels heavier than usual.

Not the barbell kind…the life kind.

Faith isn’t loud on those days...it’s quiet...steady...patient.

It whispers…keep going.

I used to think leadership meant never showing weakness...

Now I know it means being strong enough to keep moving even when you feel it all...

Faith and fire...that’s the combination.

Faith keeps you grounded...fire keeps you going...

There are days I’m fueled by purpose...other days by stubbornness...but either way, I move.

Because men don’t get to quit when it’s hard...we adjust...we reload...we step forward.

Faith doesn’t always remove the pressure...sometimes it gives it meaning.

That’s the foxhole mentality...you’re in the fight...

You don’t see the whole plan...but you trust the next step.
